Influenster ModaVoxBox Review

When I heard I was getting the ModaVoxBox from influenster I was so stoked!

This is my first VoxBox from influenster and I have been waiting patiently since I have been apart of their program! I am so excited to be apart of this months box.

If you haven't heard of a VoxBox it's basically a goodie box filled with different and typically new products that companies have contacted influenster about. When these companies come out with new products they need people to test and review them to help get the word out and start generating reviews. So they contact influenster who is essentially the middle man in all of this greatness.

Influenster sends out these boxes filled with different products to those who qualify to receive the box. It's a win win for everyone and it's super fun!

Disclaimer: I am not getting paid to review or promote any of the following products. I am and always will be honest with my reviews. Influenster has sent me these products complimentary for testing purposes.

The first product is Puffs Softpack tissues. They retail for $1.99-$2.49 for 1 pack and $4.99-$5.99 for a 3 pack. I dont normally use tissues because I typically just stick to basic toilet paper for runny noses, however I could see these being extremely useful for moms or those who are on the go often. I love the cute packaging and they are relatively inexpensive. Because they are in a soft plastic baggy rather than a box this is extremely convenient for in a bag or in a car. They dont hold up too much space which is great! Again this would be a fantastic item to keep in a diaper bag, purse, or your car! I would definitely purchase these later when I have kids of my own.

The next product I am most excited about. Its the Clairol Hair Food mask. I plan to do a YouTube video exclusively on hair care and I think this would be a wonderful addition to my hair routine! Having an ombre with lots of bleach involved means my hair needs all the love it can get. This product is a moisturizing treatment that wraps the hair in moisture and shine! It retails for $14.99 at Target and comes in a 6.3 oz bottle. Its infused with honey and apricot fragrances leaving a really clean and yummy smell.

Next is Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer, it retails for $5.99-$6.99. I am super particular about my lotion because greasy lotion is a huge pet peeve of mine! I was super impressed with how moisturizing this was without leaving a greasy residue. It contains vitamins C, E, and B5 and lasts for 48 hours so its definitely a good one! Again super impressed by the non greasy feel, I am hoping they have a bigger size so that when I am out I can buy a large version of it. Lotions like this I want for my entire body rather than just my hands.

Up next is the new Scanaleyes Rockin' curves Mascara by Rimmel London. It retails for $5.49-$5.99. For a drugstore mascara this is a fun one. The brush is in sort of a swivel shape which really coates your lashes giving you thick dramatic lashes. I like that the end is nice and petite allowing you to really get in the outer corner of your eyelashes.

To me nothing gets better than "They're Real" by Benefit Mascara, but for a dramatic drugstore mascara this is a great one!

In this months box I received two Rimmel London lip products. One is a nude Moisture Renew Lipstick that retails for $6.99-$7.49 and the other is a Moisture renew lip liner that retails for $5.99-$6.49. Both of these lip products are very new to me. I have never worn nude lip stick and I have never used a clear lip liner before.

These both will be products I probably wont use very often but its nice to have in any beauty gurus makeup selection. When I first pulled out the lip stick I was pretty excited because it said it was a moisturizing lipstick and lipstick is one of those lip products I feel like looks dry when going on unless your lips are prepped before. So without doing any prep I just applied it hoping it would go on clean and soft looking. I felt like it soaked into my lips good which may have been moisturizing but I felt like it looked super dry when on. I think in the future I will apply a lip balm about an hour before applying the lipstick to make sure it goes on nice and smooth!

The Lip Liner is super new to me because I never thought a clear liner would make that big of a difference, but for a bright bold lipstick this will help it go on with smooth consistent lines. I am excited to have this product in my lip selection. It helps define your lips and prevents any color from feathering out looking funny.

The last two products in the ModaVoxBox are the Resource Spring Water that retails for $1.49 and Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa that retails for $2.29. The water I drank right when I got it, it just tasted like water haha. I like that its made from 50% recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable. I am not a huge cocoa fan but I have had Swiss cocoa before and its good. Maybe I will hold onto it for Christmas time :)

I hope you enjoyed this post!

Much love!
